Contains pure Calcite (calcium carbonate) made from crushed marble.
Calcite is NSF certified for drinking water.
Cartridge is 2.5" x 10" and fits all standard 10" housings.
Depending on pH of untreated water cartridge may neutralize approximately 5000 gallons of water.
This cartridge is used at point-of-use such as at a kitchen sink.
Not recommended for whole house treatment.
Recommended flow rate is 1/2 gallon per minute.
Maximum flow rate is 1.0 gallon per minute.
