Clean Water Systems offers standard FEDEX Ground shipping on most systems. Some of the larger commercial and industrial systems are shipped by truck (common carrier), and we will contact you with the shipping charges on those items once you have placed your order, or you can email our shipping department to get an estimate. Overnight shipping is also available for most domestic orders depending on weight.
PLEASE NOTE: We cannot guarantee how fast FEDEX or other shippers will deliver your items. Most orders will arrive within 5 business days however. We will provide you the tracking number though, and it is easy to track your order.
Please note: We strive to maintain the lowest prices online, however sometimes prices can change outside of our control. Prices are subject to change and items can be discontinued or changed without notice. However, if an item you ordered has changed in price, you will be notified before the order has shipped and you are not obligated to purchase it.

• When Will You Receive Your Package?
Most items ordered by 6pm Pacific Standard Time will be shipped the following day, however in some cases (such as ordered on Saturday or Sunday) may ship the Tuesday after the weekend. Should you choose overnight delivery on a product we do not typically keep in our inventory, the item will be sent overnight delivery once the item is in stock.
If you have ordered several products that are in stock, and others that are to be special-ordered, we will hold your order until it is ready for delivery. In the event that an item you have ordered will take us longer than 10 days to obtain, we will notify you by email or by phone. Should you need a product right away, and cannot wait for the whole order to be shipped together, let us know via e-mail or phone, and we will make sure you get what you want, when you want it. If you request to receive a domestic or international order in partial shipments, you will be responsible for the cost of each shipment.
• Order Tracking
We will send you the UPS tracking number once it is shipped. To track your package, go to the UPS website and enter the tracking number sent to you in your tracking order confirmation e-mail.
• International Orders
For international orders, we research and use the lowest cost freight company and reply to the customer with a quote before shipping. Orders over 10 lbs.may incur extra shipping charges. Receiver is responsible for duty and/or VAT.
