Our J-PRO-22 PVDF series Proportional-Feed Acid Injection systems are the best way to achieve a neutral pH of 7 or lower with the least amount of maintenance. This automatic pumping system injects the precise amount of citric acid solution required based on the flow of the water. System is fully automatic and pumps more or less peroxide based on flow rate.

Heavy-Duty PVDF construction.  Works great and lasts for years.  Will not be degraded or affected by acids.  Unlike PVC pumps, PVDF pumps work great with citric or muriatic acids.

* NOTE:  the pump comes with a 1 year warranty however the warranty only extends to pump and solution tank.  We cannot guarantee you will get the results you want as water chemistry varies and can change.  Changing the pH of your water may not produce the effect you want.  Lowering pH of water will not change the slimy feeling of your water if present.  This product cannot be returned.

NOTE: Contact Tank is highly recommended to achieve a stable and even pH.   A contact tank offers a way for the water to mix with the citric acid (or other acid) and allow stable and even levels of pH.

What size solution tank should I order?

• We recommend the 15 or 35 gallon tank unless your water usage is low or intermittent.
• 5 Gallon Solution Tank Dimensions: 15.8" Diameter x 11" x 17.5" Height
• 15 Gallon Solution Tank Dimensions:14.5" Diameter x 31" Height 
• 35 Gallon Solution Tank Dimensions: 18" Diameter x 40" Height

What type of acid should I use?

• We recommend using powdered citric acid and then mixing with purified water.
• For citric acid, a good starting point is 1 lb of citric acid (2 cups) dissolved in one gallon of soft or pure water and injected following settings in manual.
