Very pleased with your service and acid neutralizer. Delivery was prompt, less than one week from when my order was placed. Installation was easy, taking your recommendation to minimize copper pipe from the well tank to the neutralizer. Cut out the copper pipe and replaced with PVC. Used flex hoses to minimize any stress on the neutralizer. My pH has gone from 6.0 to 7 based on the sample kit provided.
