On the Clean Water Made Easy Podcast, we usually dive deep into well water treatment systems, but in these Q&amp;A episodes, I answer common questions from listeners, callers, and emails.<\/p>\n<h2>Question From Jim<\/h2>\n<p>Jim wrote in:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cWe\u2019ve got blue stains on our sinks and bathtub. A neighbor told me to use a phosphate filter. I know our well water is acidic. How does phosphate work, and will it fix acidity while protecting the pipes?\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Great question, Jim.
