He started Clean Water Store in 1986 to help homeowners solve well and city water issues. With decades of experience, he offers practical advice to protect your health and water quality.

Demian Ashley

WQA Certified Master Water Specialist

Demian is a Master Water Specialist with the WQA who has spent 28 years in water treatment, including over a decade of field experience doing installations, service, and support. Outside of work, Demian enjoys archery, fishing, snowboarding, camping, beach life, reading, comedy shows and family to the extent. Viva life and clean water!

Jordan Golston

WQA Certified Water Specialist

Jordan is a WQA Certified Water Specialist and Water Treatment Sales Technician with Clean Water Store, bringing over 25 years of hands-on experience in construction and mechanical trades. He trained in water treatment while serving with CalFire and has since specialized in both residential and commercial water treatment system design.

Adam Matulich

WQA Certified Water Specialist

Adam is a WQA Certified Water Specialist and Water Treatment Sales Technician with Clean Water Store, bringing 10 years of experience. He started out in the warehouse filling media bags for shipments, then moved to an office admin role, and now works with homeowners to recommend custom systems to treat problem water based on their water quality results. Outside of work he spends most of his time with his dog and friends participating in outdoor activities and playing rec league sports.

Bryan Bowdle

Technical Support Manager

Bryan Joined Clean Water Systems in 2018 after retiring from a 32-year career in the Aerospace industry (Propulsion systems). He is focused on helping the “do it yourself crowd” understand, correctly install, and maintain their quality water systems. He really enjoys the chemistry, physics, and mechanical challenges required and is constantly working on updating technical guides and instruction videos. Bryan lives in Santa Cruz near the yacht Harbor and enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, and grandkids.

Matthew has taken on a wide range of roles throughout his time with the company.
