Features: Versatile Metering Pump Easy to Install and Adjust
-Choose between 110v or 220v (this pump is 110v, 220v available)
-Good for chlorinating well water flow rates from 1 to 100 Gallons Per Minute (1 - 100 GPM)
-Pumps 0.1 to 38 gallons of solution per day
-Works for line pressures up to 110 PSI
-Low power consumption: uses only 22 watts of power or 0.2 amps
-Stroke frequency adjustable from 0 to 100 strokes per minute
-Digital speed adjustment makes adjusting the pump fast and easy for incredibly accurate injection
-De-gassing vent built-in makes the pump great for chlorination use
-Unlike Stenner-style peristaltic pumps: no pump tube failures, no rollers to go bad, less service, good for continuous duty
-For chlorination, can use regular household bleach (5% sodium hypochlorite) or liquid pool chlorine (12% sodium hypochlorite)
-Can pump other chemicals such as polyphosphates, soda ash, hydrogen peroxide.
-These heavy-duty metering pumps systems are designed to last for many years with minimal maintenance.
-Pump easily mounts on the top of the tank or a wall
-Primes super fast, and won't lose its prime.
-Includes chlorinator pump, injection check valve, tubing, fittings

Specifications
Specifications
| Pump Model | J-PRO-38 electronic diaphragm metering pump |
|---|---|
| Maximum Pump Output | 6 liters per hour, approximately 38 gallons of solution per day |
| Approximate Output per Stroke | Approximately 0.625 cc per stroke at 100% stroke length |
| Maximum Operating Pressure | 8 bar, approximately 116 PSI |
| Recommended Water-Flow Range | Suitable for residential and light commercial chemical metering applications from approximately 1 to 50 GPM. Compatible with a wide range of liquid treatment chemicals including chlorine solutions, hydrogen peroxide, soda ash, and other water treatment reagents. Actual capacity depends on chemical type, required dosage, water chemistry, and pump settings. |
| Compatible Chemicals | Sodium hypochlorite (liquid chlorine), hydrogen peroxide, soda ash solution, and other water treatment chemicals compatible with polypropylene pump head, PTFE valve seats, and EPDM seals. Consult chemical compatibility data before use with other reagents. Do not use petroleum-based chemicals or solvents. |
| Typical Injection Rate | Injection rate depends on the chemical being used, required dosage, and water flow rate. Adjustable stroke length and stroke frequency allow precise control across a wide range of dosing requirements. Consult your water treatment specialist or chemical supplier for recommended dosage rates for your specific application. |
| Pump Adjustment | Adjustable stroke length and stroke frequency provide accurate chemical-feed control |
| Operating Modes | Manual operation or external proportional pulse control |

Solution-Tank Options and Dimensions
Choose from four heavy-duty polyethylene solution-tank sizes. Dimensions shown include the J-PRO-38 pump mounted on the tank and are listed as approximate width × overall height.
| Solution-Tank Capacity | Approximate Overall Dimensions |
|---|---|
| 10 Gallons | 14 inches wide × 24 inches high |
| 15 Gallons | 16 inches wide × 29 inches high |
| 25 Gallons | 18 inches wide × 32.5 inches high |
| 50 Gallons | 22 inches wide × 41.5 inches high |
Tank-size recommendation: The 15-gallon or 25-gallon tank is suitable for most residential applications. The 50-gallon tank is recommended for high-demand applications or where less frequent refilling is preferred. Storage life of solution depends on the chemical being used — consult chemical supplier guidelines.
Calibration note: Actual chemical output can vary with line pressure, suction lift, solution viscosity, tubing condition, and pump settings. Verify chemical dosage at the injection point using an appropriate test method for your specific chemical after calibration.
Warranty
J-Pro-22 Metering Pump Warranty and Returns:
Your pump comes with a 1 Year Warranty from date of delivery.
Satisfaction Guarantee: Complete water treatment systems can be returned within 6 months — even if used — if you're not satisfied. Parts can be returned unused in original packaging within 90 days (25% restocking fee). Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. See full return policy.
If your pump fails under warranty, please call or email our office to obtain a Returns Good Authorization Number before sending us back the pump for repair or replacement under the warranty. No returns can be accepted without an RGA number.
The Warranty covers repair and/or replacement of the metering pump but not shipping costs.
While defects are rare, we do our best to respond to warranty returns fast as we can. Please allow 3 to 5 business days after pump has been returned for your pump to be repaired or a new one supplied under the warranty agreement.
If the water supply and its continuous operation are critical, a back-up pump should be on hand. Shipping charges are not covered under warranty. Any expedited shipping (overnight, 2-day, etc.) is the customers responsibility.
Conditions Not Covered by the Warranty:
Power surges or outages that cause pump failure are not covered under warranty.
Surge protection is strongly recommended. If a pump is returned for warranty replacement and the cause of failure is determined to be from a voltage spike, the pump does not qualify for replacement. This is the leading cause of failure. Pump failure during, or because of, power failure is not covered under warranty.
This pump is intended for indoor use only. The pump must never be exposed to freezing temperatures, direct sunlight, or rain. If the cause of failure is determined to be from exposure to any of these environments, the pump does not qualify for replacement and will not be covered under warranty.
