Pentek® ChlorPlus-20BB 20" x 4.5" Chloramine Reduction Carbon Block Filter Cartridge

If your municipal water is disinfected with chloramine instead of chlorine, the Pentek® ChlorPlus-20BB is a catalytic carbon block replacement filter cartridge for reducing chloramine while also improving the taste, odor, and clarity of your water.

Unlike standard carbon filters, the ChlorPlus series uses a specially formulated catalytic carbon block designed specifically to reduce chloramine, a more stable disinfectant that is much harder to remove than free chlorine. It also provides excellent sediment filtration with a nominal 1-micron rating, helping protect downstream equipment and improve water quality throughout your home.

The ChlorPlus-20BB fits all standard 20" x 4.5" Big Blue® filter housings, making it an excellent choice for whole-house filtration systems, drinking water applications, and commercial installations where chloramine reduction is important.
