Pro-OX Iron Filter - Heavy-Duty: 7500-Rev4 Ceramic Disc Valve

• Optional Air or Ozone upgrade for higher iron, manganese, sulfur odor or iron bacteria.
• Full-port bypass valve with 1" connectors included.
• Uses Pro-OX: high-purity solid manganese dioxide (over 80% MnO2), a naturally mined granular media with no coating to wear off.
• High iron needs careful design. Send us your water test, and we'll build the right system around your water and how you use it. We recommend this system for up to 5 ppm iron. Higher removal rates are possible depending on water chemistry. With the AIR option, we recommend this system for up to 8 ppm iron. With the Ozone option, we recommend this system for up to 10 ppm iron, plus sulfur odor and iron bacteria. For higher levels, iron bacteria or strong sulfur odor, add chlorine or ozone ahead of the filter, or call us.
• Considering hydrogen peroxide for sulfur odor? We recommend a contact tank after the peroxide injection, then a catalytic carbon filter ahead of the iron filter to remove leftover peroxide.
• Works best at pH 6.5–9.0; we recommend pH 7.0 or higher.
• Pro-OX is a heavy media and needs more backwash flow than Pro-OX Lite. Your well must supply the backwash flow shown in the sizing guide.
• Customers report many years of service, and the media is easy to replace.
• NSF-certified, one-piece seamless poly filter tank.
