Description
Premium Weather-Resistant Solenoid Coil – 120 V / 50/60 Hz
Replaceable Coil for Roundstar CWS Stainless Steel & Brass Solenoids (¾″ & 1″)
Description
Engineered for durable, reliable performance in demanding water treatment systems, this solenoid coil is a replacement for Roundstar CWS stainless-steel and brass solenoid valves. Rated for 120–240 V AC at 50/60 Hz, it’s ready to integrate into your system and built to handle the rigors of challenging environments.
Key Features
Universal Fit — Designed to drop into compatible Roundstar CWS brass and stainless ¾″ and 1″ solenoids with no special tools required.
High Alloy & Epoxy Encapsulation — Rugged coil construction ensures consistent electromagnetic performance while resisting corrosion, vibration and heat.
Weather-Resistant Housing — Ideal for use in outdoor/control panel environments — protected from moisture, dust, and harsh weather conditions.
Wire-Ready Design — While the coil ships without pre-attached leads, it offers two clearly identified connection points so you can easily install your own wiring or pre-wire it during system build-out. This flexibility gives you custom-length leads, proper strain relief, and tailored installation for your application.
Continuous Duty Rating — Built for continuous energization, making it suitable for automatic valve control or long-duration applications without overheating or performance drop-off.
Simple & Clean Replacement — With no special tools required and direct interchange with the original, this coil makes maintenance fast and hassle-free.
Technical Specifications
Rated Voltage: 120–240 V AC
Frequency: 50/60 Hz
Application: Drop-in replacement for Roundstar or Darhor or CWS solenoid valves (¾″ & 1″)
No pre-attached leads — ready for your custom wiring
Weather-sealed housing — suitable for outdoor or field installations
Installation Notes & Tips
Make sure power is turned off and the valve is de-pressurized before replacing the coil.
Remove the old coil from the valve body, maintain the original mounting orientation.
Connect your wires to the two terminal points — ensure proper conductor size and insulation suited for 220–240 V AC service. Reference general solenoid wiring practices for guidance.
Re-fit the coil onto the valve body and secure per the original mounting hardware.
After wiring and activation, confirm the coil is energising reliably and the valve plunger moves smoothly.
Why This Coil Stands Out
Many replacement coils arrive with short pre-attached leads that may not suit your panel layout or field installation. This unit’s “no-leads” design enables you to pre-wire your cabling to the exact length and routing your installation demands. Combined with its weather-resistant build and continuous-duty rated coil, it delivers long-term reliability in tough conditions—making it an excellent choice for professional water treatment systems, well-water setups, and harsh-environment applications.
